Terms and Conditions

When you enter into an agreement with Esben Bock ApS for me to manage your online marketing, you agree to a monthly fee of DKK 2,500 + VAT (for larger brands: DKK 5,000 + VAT per month).
For the DKK 2,500 + VAT per month, you receive execution and consulting – both are part of the service package.
The price applies per case. So, if you have 1 webshop in Denmark and 1 webshop in Sweden, that counts as 2 cases, and the total is 2 x DKK 2,500 + VAT per month.

The base price is designed for small and medium-sized businesses. For larger brands or companies, the monthly price is typically DKK 5,000 + VAT, due to greater time requirements and more frequent communication.

Included in the Service:

  • Tracking setup via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

  • Management of Google Ads

  • Management of Facebook Ads

  • Consulting regarding SEO

  • Consulting on online marketing strategy

Fixed Pricing

The price is non-negotiable and remains the same whether you start on the 1st of the month or in the middle of the month.
That means:

  • If you start on the 1st of the month, you’ll receive an invoice for DKK 2,500 + VAT on the last day of the month.

  • If you start mid-month, you’ll still be invoiced DKK 2,500 + VAT for that month.

Termination Policy

Termination follows the current calendar month:

  • If you cancel the collaboration on the last day of the month, the agreement ends the same day at 11:59 PM.

  • If you cancel, for example, on the 5th of the month, you will receive your final invoice at the end of that same month.

Execution Timeline

Under normal circumstances, I can begin executing immediately or within 48 hours on weekdays.

  • If your tracking setup is already in place, I can quickly build your campaigns.

  • If tracking is not set up, expect the first week to be spent configuring it.

Websites

I build small business websites for DKK 5,000 + VAT (1–5 pages).
I aim to deliver within 14 days, but during peak periods, it may take up to one month.

You provide images and text.

  • Photos should ideally be professionally taken. Alternatively, you can use royalty-free images from https://unsplash.com.

  • You should write the text yourself. Alternatively, I can recommend some copywriters.

  • Lastly, you’re also welcome to use ChatGPT for your text creation.

Hourly Rates

If you’re not interested in a subscription, you can purchase my time at DKK 1,000 + VAT per hour.
Agencies with regular agreements can receive bulk discounts and buy my time at DKK 495 + VAT per hour.
